It is a space where you can develop a closer relationship to yourself & strengthen your ability to handle the challenges that life presents you.
 
Move into your body – become aware of its needs & what it tells you. If we listen to our bodies we can learn a lot about what we carry, hold, feel and long for.

what does a session look like?

A session lasts 90 minutes (first session 60minutes) and begins with a conversation where we sit opposite each other. To get to know each other and mainly for me to learn about you. What's on your mind? What is your intention for this session?

After the initial conversation we will go on with exploring the physical part, which means integrating the body into the conversation. This will happen through various forms of touch, breath and movement. 
The intensity and intention of the touches vary, depending on the client and the theme. 

Together we follow the trail of your bodily sensations. How does that touch feel? What does it trigger? What do we learn from your body's immediate response? Are there images, feelings, memories that go along with it? Finally, you will have time to rest and reflect on what you have just experienced.

First session is 30€

Followed sessions sliding scale

50€ - 90 €
